Bonjour!

Beijing is white this morning. Some snow fell during the night, but will disappear quickly as the sun now comes through slowly vanishing clouds.

No sightseeing for these days devoted mainly to fostering the collaboration between CFHT and the Chinese community. Much done for this and it feels good, even it my personal involvement will officially cease in forty-four days from now. Bitter-sweet 😉

Not much work done for this website, as time has been gobbled, outside of the interaction with the colleagues here at NAOC, with CFHT business. Just added a couple of pictures for the header of the blog page.

More to come when there is more spare time!

Bonjour !

I have been working on and off on some web stuff lately: deciding on a provider to have a web site outside of CFHT and using www.cveillet.net as the core of the various web pages I maintain (very loosely lately).

So far, simply moved all the Waimea Consort web pages at www.cveillet.net/wc/, keeping the original style from CFHT and redirecting www.waimeaconsort.org here. Will continue moving stuff as time permits over the past months. No real hurry, but if feels good to start moving on towards my post-cfht life, wherever or whatever it will be.
